Welcome to Fix Your Funds (“FYF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing digital products, booking services, or engaging with our coaching, you (“you”, “the client”, “the user”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, purchase products, or participate in coaching or tax preparation.
   
• Our services and resources are for personal, non-commercial use only.
   
• By booking or purchasing, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
   

• Certain features of our website may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.
   
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
   

By using Fix Your Funds, you agree to:

• Use our site, digital products, and coaching services ethically, lawfully, and for personal purposes only.
   
• Not engage in fraud, abuse, or disruptive conduct.
   
• Respect intellectual property rights, including not copying, reselling, or redistributing materials.
   

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently disable your account or access to our services if we determine that you have violated these Terms, misused our content, or engaged in unethical behavior. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

• All Fix Your Funds coaching sessions, consultations, and resources are for educational and informational purposes only.
   
• We do not provide licensed legal, accounting, tax, or investment advisory services.
   
• Coaching is designed to give guidance and tools, but outcomes vary. You remain fully responsible for your personal financial decisions.
   

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure coaching or planning sessions.
   
• Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit credited.
   
• Missed Sessions: Missed or no-show sessions without 24-hour notice will forfeit the deposit.
   
• Final Payments: Payments for coaching, financial planning, tax preparation, and digital products are non-refundable once processed.
   
• Contributions: Voluntary contributions or donations are non-refundable.
   

• All digital and free resources (including the 7-Day Faith-Fueled Reset Workbook) are for personal use only.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or profit from any Fix Your Funds material, whether free or paid.
   
• You may not use coaching materials, notes, or resources to create competing products or services.
   
• Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.
   

• Tax prep is based solely on information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate and timely documentation.
   
• FYF is not responsible for errors, penalties, or fees arising from incomplete, late, or inaccurate information provided by you.
   
• All tax prep fees must be paid in full prior to filing unless paid out of your refund.
   

• Information shared during coaching, planning, or tax preparation will be kept confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
   
• Information will only be disclosed to third parties when required by law or when necessary to deliver services (e.g., secure payment processing).
   

• All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, images, digital downloads, and coaching materials, is owned by Fix Your Funds and protected by copyright law.
   
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
   

• Fix Your Funds is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our services, resources, or website.
   
• We make no guarantees of financial results; all decisions remain your responsibility.
   
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site and services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
